These terms cover your use of the Pixcull mobile app and the pixcull.app website. By installing or using Pixcull, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't install the app.
Who we are
Pixcull is built and operated by AKES Solutions ("AKES", "we", "us"), based in Türkiye. You can reach us at info@pixcull.app.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pixcull on devices you own or control, solely for your own use, in accordance with these terms and the Apple App Store and Google Play terms.
What you can't do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where local law explicitly permits it.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute the app or any part of it.
- Use the app to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
- Bypass paywalls, license checks, or attempt to forge subscription receipts.
Subscriptions and Pixcull+
Pixcull is free to install and includes core features at no cost. Pixcull+ is an optional paid plan offered as a recurring subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, depending on availability.
- Billing. All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never see your card details.
- Auto-renewal. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled. You can cancel any time in your device's subscription settings.
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We can't issue refunds directly for store purchases.
- Lifetime plan. "Lifetime" means for as long as the Pixcull app is actively distributed. We'll give reasonable notice if we ever discontinue the product.
Your content and your photos
You own your photos. Pixcull does not upload, copy, or transmit your photos. When you delete a photo using Pixcull, the deletion happens locally through the operating system (iOS and Android both keep deleted items in a recovery bin for a period of time, where you can restore them).
"As is" — no warranty
Pixcull is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We try hard to keep it stable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will recover photos you've permanently deleted. Always make sure you have a backup before bulk-deleting photos.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKES Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or photos, arising out of your use of Pixcull. Our total liability for any claim relating to Pixcull is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — in those places, the limitations apply to the fullest extent allowed.
Changes to the app and to these terms
We may update Pixcull and these terms over time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Pixcull after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You can stop using Pixcull at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Apple-specific terms
If you obtained Pixcull through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Pixcull.
