Found a bug, lost a photo, or stuck on something? Email info@pixcull.app with a short description and, if you can, your device model and iOS/Android version. We usually reply within a day or two.
Subscription help
Billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple and Google. The fastest path:
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pixcull. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android: Play Store app → Profile → Subscriptions → Pixcull. Refunds via Google Play order history.
